Management, It's like a cult. Everyone back-stabs and is "clique-y". Senior management (entitled trust fund ownership that knows NOTHING about managing people) is constantly nit-picking and asking for information about other employees. If you want your every move and word micro-managed from a boss that spies on you (yes literally) this is your place!
