Compensated well with hard work. Very accommodating hours especially if something either with my family needed attention or to talk to. I was never micro-managed. I only don't work their anymore due to relocation to another state to help grow my own families business. They even entertained a going-away party because they valued loyal/hard-working employee's. They were always reinventing the wheels to make the employee's the most prosperous. Have a professional fun-Friday every week and gave a bonus of the employee of the week.

A little to trust-worthy with employees and taking people by their word. They matched 25% on my 401k which is still better then most who didn't offer it.

Great location and great possibilities with good accounts

Relies on government spending and awards. Family employee interference. Poor intercompany communication. Has prior contractual legal issues
