      Benefits are actually not that bad.

      Cons

      Service can't figure it out. Always miss delivery's and are short product. Installs are a joke and nothing ever changes.

      Good base pay, decent commission.

      Cons

      6-8 weeks wait time to receive commission, (AFTER the job installs) They laid all AEs off, then decided to hire more AEs. From revenue standpoint they are not looking good, they are constantly shutting down plants. Bad management.
