      Great manager / boss, training program was solid.

      Cons

      Territory breakdown, can be less lucrative compared to other areas, etc. KPI expectations a bit ridiculous, should focus on quality vs quantity..

      Good base pay, decent commission.

      Cons

      6-8 weeks wait time to receive commission, (AFTER the job installs) They laid all AEs off, then decided to hire more AEs. From revenue standpoint they are not looking good, they are constantly shutting down plants. Bad management.
