      Pros

      Good training program in the first 8-12 weeks. Fair amount of PTO. Decent commission and bonus structure.

      Cons

      Being laid off via a conference call. Care more about empty metrics than actual growth. Poor management.

      Good base pay, decent commission.

      Cons

      6-8 weeks wait time to receive commission, (AFTER the job installs) They laid all AEs off, then decided to hire more AEs. From revenue standpoint they are not looking good, they are constantly shutting down plants. Bad management.
