Pros
Plenty of autonomy and good pay starting out. Good product that most companies need.
Cons
Not much stability the sales org had mass layoffs laid off even top performers. Also laid off some VP’s and sales managers, which made sense for a few of those layoffs. Not much long term growth here. Routes are being cut from drivers and drivers being let go as well
