      Pros

      The leadership is very value driven and genuinely care a lot about the team. In all decisions, the ethical push comes from the top, and the conversation is kept transparent to the team as much as possible. It is rare to have this level of openness from senior management. The company is also truly remote, meaning work-life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      As any small company there are some challenges around growing pains, rapid shifts in focus, etc., but nothing out of the oridnary.

      Pros

      Vestd is full of incredibly talented people — smart, skilled, and genuinely great to work with.

      Cons

      During my time there, advancement felt very male-centric. Several highly capable women left and went on to senior roles at other companies. LinkedIn makes it clear many former female colleagues have since moved into head-of and leadership positions elsewhere. It’s frustrating to watch strong talent walk out the door because they weren’t given opportunities to progress internally.
