      Good work ethic. Decent pay Care about safety. (When it doesn't cost money)

      Cons

      Mass layoffs all the time. I experienced at least 4 Mass Layoffs in the 5 years i was with vestas. too many unnecessary rules. Lazy and untrustworthy Management.

      Great opportunities to learn new skills within the context of the department you are assigned to. Decent work-life balance: 3 on, 4 off, 4 on, 3 off.

      Cons

      Long hours – can be very physically demanding. Carcinogenic fumes everywhere, and fiberglass. Toxic coworkers if you're unlucky enough to have them on your crew. Shady leadership practices.
