To sum up my experience: -An unforgiving work culture, characterized by a fear of mistakes and a notable absence of team spirit, has made collaboration challenging. -Certain individuals in management with micromanagement tendencies, and a lack of clear direction and support. Despite being a 'Great Place To Work' on paper, the reality is far from it. I hope this feedback prompts positive changes in fostering a more inclusive, supportive, and empowering workplace in the future.
