      Pros

      Loads of variety in the client base, and always something new. Scope to develop however you want, and lots of opportunity with teams in the US, Australia and South Africa. A friendly, supportive and exciting environment, a team who genuinely like each other, and a client list you wouldn't believe.

      Cons

      The world of community panels is a double-edged sword: we can't turn work down when clients need it!

      Pros

      - Wide exposure to projects with some cool clients - Quant and qual mixture - Some really nice people - Good way to learn some core research skills

      Cons

      - VERY hierarchical structure - you prob will never ever speak in meetings if you are jr - Lack of training (even if u ask for it) - Long long hours, so much overtime - AI is too much - Some people are really dismissive to non senior staff, lack of feedback to help you grow - Junior staff do not get medical or dental benefits :(
