You get to work on some of the best content created by an Indian magazine. Any and all ideas are allowed to be pitched to the creative director without any discrimination. No barriers in between different teams so its easy to get an unbiased critique from a different set of eyes.

Work-life balance becomes unbalanced due to multiple reworks on certain stories & articles
