Pros
The office culture is amazing, with HRs creating a safe, supportive environment that values work quality over strict timings. A strong focus on learning, here everyone encourages skill enhancement, and we get equal importance for growth alongside work. Free time can be used productively to upskill, benefiting both career progression and growth within the company. Also, the best thing I liked here is that POSH policies are well implemented, if a female employee has to stay late, a POSH member or female HR stays till we leave, ensuring comfort and safety.
Cons
Limited team outings or fun activities. Lack of a proper workflow in projects, communication gaps and incomplete requirement gathering often lead to rework, which could be better managed.
