      Pros

      Lorzone was a great product. M72 was tough to sell.

      Cons

      Management was awful. HR basically ran everything, and there was a huge disconnect from the reality of how things actually work in sales and the expectations of upper level management. A lot of people in upper level management also had no experience in field sales, which was a huge problem.

      Pros

      Enjoyed my Manager. easy going and pleasant. Sometimes is was tough to reach him.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from the very start. Hiring process took much longer than the company relayed. I felt like I had to chase the Hiring Regional Manager. After several weeks I finally received communication on the next step. Now that I have been with company in the womens healthcare, it is disappointing with what they require that was not discussed during interview. My territory does not make sense that I have to travel 3 hours for one account that is the largest, I am hoping they will eventually have a new or current rep who is closer cover the one account. I ended up finding a new job.
