- Poor track record of hiring competent leaders/C-level employees: at least 3 “leaders” were divisive, selfish, and immature.
- Few employees stay longer than 3 years.
- Employees who are rewarded are either type A personalities (they dominate meetings), or they are friends with the COO.
- On multiple occasions, an employee would be “promoted” only to be “demoted” a few months later, when Vertical Measures would bring in someone from the outside to actually take that position.
- Too much “drink the Kool-aid” mentality for my taste.
