Pros
Work from home. Fellow Coworkers for the most part are very friendly and fun to work around. Each day presents new problems, keeps you on your toes. "unlimited vacation" but keep in mind with tight deadlines you wont really ever feel comfortable taking a vacation. Solid benefits except for the no price matching on 401k.
Cons
Strong favoritism at this company. Surprising number of side project ventures started with people that were selected bc of obvious favoritism. These projects often times go unfinished or are broken on release only to cause more of a headache downstream. Head honcho of my department was very needlessly condescending and would belittle team members often. Huge "just do it this way" approach to project issues from upper management who had little to no context of the problems in question causing more time wasted down stream. Not much of a con as you are made aware of this before you are hired but the tech stack is small in certain departments. So learning gets capped within a year depending on placement. Also a lot of micromanaging due to the need for hours to be logged on each ticket for client billing. Upper management use these logs to generate KPIs and track you
