Flexible work schedule and great work environment. There is a set time frame in each month from the 5th - 20th where we know we will be busy. That makes it really easy to plan around for my personal life. The work environment is great too! Everyone is always ready to answer any questions that you may have and is extremely helpful. I absolutely love what I do and love the office environment I work in. It is not the traditional tax office, everyone is very friendly and always smiling.
