      Work independently. Fun enviroment. Able to work on several projects. Learn about alot of new technologies. Interact with clients in all walks of life. Received a whole lot of experience.

      Cons

      Expect you to know everything. Expext you to figure things out. Even though you have no experience on product or type of technology. Comany dose not mentor or coach installers. Dose not promote or provide a anual review. only care about their own pockets. Dose not compensate for the positions or responsibility. Management dose not communicat with respect

      Pros

      Cant really say anything good about this company.

      Cons

      Forced us to work crazy hours. Sometimes arriving home at 1am to be ready to go work next morning at 8am. Barely made enough to pay my bills. They promised you to make so much money...uh yeah working 12-14hrs each day! Very poor HR and management. Glad I left for a better higher paying job. Benefits were poor. Not worth working for this company at all.
