      -remote work -day shift -exposed to different types of US business clients - government mandated benefits -paid OT

      Cons

      -need to reach billing quota per associate without regards to the workload. -low salary compared to the workload. -required to have a wfh summary. kinda like micromanaging.

      No physical office to work in if you wanted to work in the office from time to time, usually used for meetings only.
