      Pros

      Donors are nice. That's about it.

      Cons

      Constant changes and expectations are added. Advancement happens quick but for very little and then stops abruptly. Management makes promises and doesn't follow through. Top it off... lots of drama within the teams.

      The varying hours on mobiles and hauling equipment in the winter.

      Decent pay generally. Enough to not starve.

      Terrible management. Poor treatment of donors and staff. Long hours and no consistent schedule.
