Hours are great, you get to enjoy the evening with friends and family Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming Great working environment Amazing connections with every donor that you encounter We get to wear scrubs (it's like wearing pajamas to work!) Everyone is always willing to help

Cons

Not a huge deal for me since I have a flexible schedule, but you won't always be at the Center for which you applied for

Connecting with donors, knowing I'm helping others. Sense of accomplishment when learning new machines.

Cons

Leadership is too busy schmoozing each other to pay attention to front lines. They nitpick on minor rules rather than give proper training, follow-through, and staffing. ALWAYS understaffed. When you need assistance from HR to help with leadership, both of them throw you under the bus.
