Very good teammates, non-invasive management, flexible and ability to prioritize your own day, independent work environment, low stress environment
Cons
Poor communication from leadership, extremely tight budgets and (some) employees are underpaid in my opinion. Management does not actively seek to engage the low level employees and make them feel like responsible and integral parts of the company's success. Low clarity in terms of the company's goals (long and short term). Lack of culture.
