Pros
Great sounding titles and coworkers from top schools.
Cons
The company was founded in 2002, yet they still try to present the company as some sort of tech startup. They use this to advertise positions with great projects and technologies used and as a means to justify trench work. What people realize down the line is that it is mostly trench work with the "promised" great projects and new technologies put on the back burner until the company manages to work out its inefficiency and disorganization. Transparency is not key here. People come and go like a revolving door. There is a strange pressure to stay around late and look like you're contributing because of upper management's schedule. It seems like appearing present was more necessary than producing results.
