The idea of perfect company is a flawed one. Having years of experience in IT companies, I can tell you one thing: No company is 'the best'. It is YOU who defines the company. The working culture and environment is the reflection of your own attitude. It is you, your ideals, your morals, your persona, and your dedication that defines a company in the market. When you see someone post brashly negative comment about a company, it portrays their inner conflict and turmoil. It is their personal grudge, their intimate issues with the acquaintances which needs a way to come out. It is then that these former or current employees turn to reviewing platforms to vent out their anger. Most of these large IT companies work the same way we humans work: Give respect to get respect. If you treat your company and your work nicely, it will reciprocate.

nothing is good. everything is worst in this company.

this is not IT company. If u want to make your career and going well in your professional life than don't join this company. They have non-technical manager whose complete PTC. They did't have any technical senior whose guide you. Management is very bed and third class. HR policy is totally worst. They are not explain all rules during joining time. and, when ever resign from your positions that time if they need you than explain all rules for cancelled your resign. They don't have work in your technology or not needed you. then, they leave you at same day without any notice period. Manager don't have technical knowledge. Even, HR and management don't have proper english knowledge. They are not able to speak english that level which is needed in our IT industries.
