You are micromanaged and under the microscope ALL the time. Every second at work needs to be accounted for. You can work through your lunchtime the whole week but take 10 minutes extra next week and you will have to explain in minute detail and will be reprimanded for not prearranging a couple of minutes off. The same goes for going the extra mile into overtime. You most certainly won't get paid for it and it's highly unlikely that you will be credited with the hours to take at a later stage unless you grovel. You will have to sign a restraint of trade, so forget about counting on any experience gained at the company. It's completely useless to you when you leave so, the longer you stay, the worse your situation becomes with specialist knowledge and experience that you can do nothing with should you want to leave. No other online casino will risk employing you, in fear of legal action.
