Pros

Compensation- you get paid 10% more if you work closing shift, or 35% more on Sundays. You can even get extra bonus money for overtime incentives during holidays! I made 5k more than my base salary just for that. Yearly merit bonus. Coworkers are friendly; it's a very "work family" atmosphere. It's very easy to use your vacation and sick days, you start with 4 weeks time off if you count sick days. Cafeteria and fun events on site!

Cons

The job itself. The pay is not worth it! Lots of micromanaging. You're tethered to a desk by a phone cord, taking back to back stressful calls. This is what you do all day, every day. It burns you out. fast. I am one of 2 other people who stayed more than a year in my training class of 20. Training does not adequately prepare you, and this place can lead to many mental health problems. People tend to drop over from stress-I've seen many taken out on stretchers, and others on short term disability from stress-related health issues.I really want to stay because of the pay and benefits, but unfortunately I am seeing other employment due to deteriorating mental health from this place. Only work here if you need out of retail for a sitting, stable job, or need a high paying job quick!

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
