Pros
Very good salary. Pretty good benefits. Direct management was very supportive. Support teams ready and willing to help when they can.
Cons
Management above my direct manager were disconnected with the day to day work the TPM performed. More time spent on reporting how great we were doing instead of actually focusing on servicing the customer. We were pressured into getting the customer into giving us a "10" on Medallia surveys. Upper management didn't want an honest survey from the customer. They wanted to paint a picture that the customer was completely satisfied and ignore negative comments. Those surveys were nothing but lies.
