Pros

Competitive Employee Benefits. Most companies offer similar benefits. Hybrid option requires 1 or 2 days in the office. I would also say work/life balance but you still have to hit your quota which causes you to stress while you are on vacation with your family.

Cons

It's a sinking ship... Lack of true leadership. Unrealistic quotas. Toxic work culture. Favoritism. The list goes on. This company has been proven to underpay their employees and has been sued multiple times for turning a blind eye to overtime. If it's your only option, I guess you can try it out. However, if you respect yourself as a person, I would suggest finding another company that treats you like a human being and not just a number. They recently laid off the entire micro department and all the SMB inside sales reps are now stuck picking up the slack while the quotas keep increasing month over month and upset customers keep cancelling due to the lack of service. It’s a complete fiasco & management is completely out of touch with the employees. Nobody knows what is going on. Furthermore, the products are NOT competitive in the marketplace. The inside sales representatives are always struggling to close bigger deals with no help from management and are consistently losing deals to competitors. This company needs a complete overhaul if it wants to survive.

Recent RIFs have left customers in a lurch as they 'fire' customers and release the accounts to untrained resellers.
