-learned a lot about property management -you get commission (after 90 days) -the tenants are awesome

-besides a quick training week you get thrown in on your own and that causes a lot of confusion not just for you but for your tenants. -IF they ever pay you your commission -lack of management - when I worked there it was more of being scared of getting fired all the time since there was such a high turnover rate -most of the turnover was from employees quitting due to high stress
