      - Flexibility - work from home & make your own schedule with clients - Year end bonus if you hit your sales goals - Company culture is changing for the better with new leadership team - Lots of resources to help you sell solutions (design centers, specialists, etc.)

      Cons

      - Old school PTO policy (start at 2 weeks and get 1 extra week every 5 years) - Sales Professionals have to wear a lot of different hats that can get in the way of selling (example: accounts receivables)
