      Lack of management leadership, racial discrimination, unsafe operations, employees are bullied and retaliated against. Something fishy going on with execs.

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
