Great Company but Lies, Poor Management and Incompetent Emloyees - Anonymous employee Veritiv Employee Review

Veritiv started off as a Great Company and quick to recognize top performers. But in 2016 the company standards were just like that at IP. They pile on work, responsibilities and promise more pay and promotion but yet to give you anything hoping you forget. They allow harassment from fellow colleagues and HR fails to do anything about it. They said they're restructuring salaries but more like barely catching up and yet money is disappearing. So many Freezes due to overspending. They allow laziness and quick to call out the ones that are doing their jobs.
