Pros
The hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm. The starting pay is $14/hr.There is no pressure to work weekends/overtime. You get holidays off, not only do you get off Thanksgiving and Christmas off but usually the whole office is scheduled off for a 3 day weekend since they know many people travel to see family. The atmosphere in the data quality department is very friendly. Everyone works together to help each other out on projects so learning is easy. Even if you aren't an Excel guru you will quickly pickup the skills you need to complete projects.
Cons
You need to go in with the mindset that you are here to be a temp. If you are with the right temp agency you will be eligible for holiday pay and benefits but you will need to invest time before you are eligible. Transitioning to a full time employee could take a few weeks or a few years. Full time positions do not open very often.
