Hardly any one on one time with the call coach was my biggest problem with the place. No raises. I knew pretty much everything after two years of working there, helping all the new teammates more than my manager did (she was busy in her office), I was basically the team lead but was paid the same as the people who just started. How frustrating!!! I was literally being asked up to 20 questions a day, at least.
