Pros
The people are great, even among all the layoffs that keep happening each quarter. Unlimited PTO for salaried employees
Cons
There's no clear direction or strategy anymore. Initial goals to go public are out the door and it's just cuts cuts cuts. Senior leadership role out new policies with no thought on how to enforce them. Layoffs have happened every quarter for a year and a half with no end in sight.
