The people and social culture is amazing. The earnings potential is good in a sales position "IF" you over achieve your goals.
Cons
massive employee turnover. no career progression. shafting employees on commissions and payments. Lack of integrity and honesty. 4 years in a row and 4 different business models and 4 different commission plans and 4 different managers. Middle management have not a got a clue and do not value their employees.
