No job security. senior members laid off quarterly If you are married, and looking for stable job. pls think twice Very very poor work life balance Frequently work on weekends (unofficially, can work from home, but no extra pay) Salary is decent but not if you compare the hard work. Lot of companies pay more if they expect rigorous work Micromanagement and lack of respect
