      Pros

      Easy to join into the company, some people can be really nice, company culture is not the best.

      Cons

      Working hours, pression for sales (exaggerated), makes you feel special then discard you at the first occasion if they don't really like you. Hire a lot of people that are manipulable.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
