      Good training and support systems. It’s possible to progress quickly and earn good money.

      Cons

      When things are not going so well, financial penalties are imposed that are more likely to crush your soul rather than help you get back on track. When things are quiet you are required to do a lot of cold calling, which is not for everyone.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
