      Forget work-life balance HR policies talk about work-life balance and respect but is does not exist. Most aggressive company I ever worked for.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
