      Fun working in any task. Growth opportunities. Good team work. Learn and work. Good benefits (salary, bonus, outing, savings in CIT and PF, USA visit, weekend hikings, pick and drop car/van service, education sponsorship, etc)

      Cons

      Software release pressure sometimes. The current tea and coffee dispenser should be replaced.
