Extremely Unprofessional Management - Production Supervisor Veris Manufacturing Employee Review

I have worked in many jobs that required 12 hour days, 6 days a week, chemical odors abound and low pay. Working at Veris is like working at a campus. Smart people, clean environment, great culture and core values. I am in heaven here. I dont get how some of these reviews paint such an ugly picture and frankly I am disappointed a couple of disgruntled employees can hurt the company's reputation. I can tell you that if these people got fired from 'this' company... they had it coming! The shop is friendly, very clean and bright and safe. This company cares.

No cons. The company is fun, managers care about the people, we have birthday celebrations every month for people who were born that month, gift give away, raffles and holiday events, This is about as good as it gets.

People lower on the ladder are great

No regular annual raises to keep you above inflation. Pay is lower than average and the company looks for reasons to keep their pay lower. At the end of the day, they are owned by investors and care about them more than the employees. If you try to whistle blow on pay that doesn't come in on time your chances of promotion are taken away despite how hard you work. Your healthcare will cost twice as much as anywhere else and your PTO is abysmal at best.
