This is a high pressured company with no ethics. They make us literally attack companies and harass them based solely on a client word. There is no chance to hear both sides. They are paid on what they get from the alleged debt. Very unethical.
VeriCore Response
3y
Vericore has been in business for over 21 years. Our average tenure of employee is over 6 years and we have 4 employees with over 20 years of service. We are licensed everywhere that requires licenses in an industry where that isn't always the case and we pride ourselves on doing the right thing. We believe this review does not represent the true characteristics of the company but rather the personal feelings of a single disgruntled ex-employee.
It's legitimately an opportunity for one of the front line sales reps to make six figures. It won't happen overnight, but the clients you bring in are coded with your sales number, so the longer you are there the more money you can make. I was always treated well by management and experienced success. Definitely have some reps there making money, both in sales and collections. Honest company where the expectations are laid out in front of you and you are given plenty of feedback on how to improve. Great hours!
Cons
Can be a grind if you are not used to phone sales where metrics are on display for everyone to see. It's not "micro-management"...it's called MANAGEMENT. Those that don't like being held accountable don't last long. Those that take feedback as a way to improve don't mind it at all. Gotta be sharp and quick to overcome objections and alert for opportunities during a call.
