Pros
Work was usually available.Good variety of types of assignments.There are some good people working for this company and they seem to be trying to make the haphazard habits of management better.
Cons
Very poor communication from management.It is evident the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Assignments were often unclear.The pay was very low and unreliable and sometimes arrived weeks or months late. After working steadily for some competitors, it became very obvious that serious internal problems exist.
