Pros
Good breakout area that's about it really. Close to motorway (M56) and the allow flexible working as long as you do 9.30 to 4.30 as the core hours.
Cons
Training non existent Job role and responsibilities not given, cliquy, if your face doesn't fit or you take your job seriously you are out. Not very ethical. They round down your log on times so you can lose out. If you are sick you lose holiday days. No parking. Very target driven so you are under pressure to retain income at any cost.
