-Manger brings personal life into work and takes it out on individuals. -Intermediate Management have a set of rules for junior people and don’t fallow them themselves - intermediate manger is very volatile toward his employees, Confronting personnels in an open plan office which should of been in private. -Undermining employees -Intermediate management talks openly about leaving and say Veolia is a bad place to work. Good bunch of people in there, very nice and mojority of the time it was enjoyable
