      For day weeks Regular over time in the summer not sure if it's a pro due to the fact the base pay is hardly liveable

      Great company. There is always waste in some form. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Have to be patient for upward mobility. There is a lot to learn and it must be mastered before moving to the next level.
