      Pros

      Bad experience all round for me.. To much politics.. good luck with sorting that mess out..

      Cons

      Poor training, poor communication, poor at fixing problems.. managers not cutting it.. loaders having my power then drivers! Plus organisations needs massive work.. can’t recommend anyone to work at Alperton to be honest..

      Great company. There is always waste in some form. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Have to be patient for upward mobility. There is a lot to learn and it must be mastered before moving to the next level.
