      Pros

      Attracts people with decent personalities. Provides training opportunities on request. Will provide PPE. Some good managers. Will provide support with personal matters arise depending on your manager's perspective.

      Cons

      Culture of work harder and even harder and even harder than that. Workloads across the board are poorly managed and very much reliant on the good nature of hardworking. Tight with low budgets. Willing as an organisation to take only low risks when it comes to business development. Low salary.
