You need to look very hard to find any pros. I could not find any pros here. I did find a key reason to avoid it.

THE OWNER WAS A TERRIBLE PERSON WHO WANTED TO CONTROL EVERYTHING AND CREATED CHAOS. Too many last-minute changes I had to put in extra hours and work till I was exhausted. It was very stressful to handle all thos changes. ALSO, THE OWNER WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHILE TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEES! I WAS PUSHED TO PUT IN MORE THAN 45 HOURS A WEEK AND GOT NO OVERTIME PAY. IT WAS AWFUL. AVOID WORKING HERE IF YOU WANT TO WORK FOR AN HONEST EMPLOYER. BEWARE!
