      The culture is so toxic now since there was a change in senior management. More people have left the company in the past 3 years than ever before and unfortunately this experience is being replaced with inexperienced people.

      Great company. There is always waste in some form. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Have to be patient for upward mobility. There is a lot to learn and it must be mastered before moving to the next level.
